BANGSAR SOUTH (July 18): Eupe Corporation Bhd intends to debut Vivus@Seputeh, its third Kuala Lumpur project, early in 2019. The GDV of the residential project is RM 800 million.
“We intend to debut Vivus, our third project, in Kuala Lumpur early in 2019. After the Novum topping out ceremony in Bangsar South today, Eupe group managing director Datuk Beh Huck Lee addressed the media. “The project will bring RM800 million GDV to our present GDV of RM1 billion upon [its] launch,” he added.
Novum, Eupe’s first project in Kuala Lumpur, was introduced in 2016.
It is a freehold condominium project that Chin Hin Property Development and the developer worked on together.
On a three-acre parcel with the Federal Highway in the front, it consists of three towers with a combined height of 37 to 40 stories.
When everything is done, the project will have 729 apartments.
Mid Valley City is located less than 3km from Novum.
According to my most recent check, Novum is 96% sold or has more than 20 units left. The built-up sizes of the available units range from 647 square feet to 1,441 square feet, with a starting selling price of RM1,000 per square foot, according to Beh.
An Olympic-sized pool, playground, floating gym, outdoor lounge, business centre, private celebrity kitchen, and a new app, dubbed by the developer as a “new digital life app,” which will aid in facilitating interactions between residents and the building management, are among the amenities offered at Novum.
While this is going on, Parq 3 at Cheras, Eupe’s second project, which was introduced in October 2017, has so far seen a 50% take-up.
In the future, Eupe plans to expand its land bank in Kuala Lumpur.
“We constantly search for land banks within a 15 km radius of Kuala Lumpur City Center. With regard to future land acquisition, we are now in discussions with two landowners, he stated.
He claimed that once the acquisitions are completed, the land will be developed into residential developments, but he declined to provide any other information about it.
